Who is an Outcast ?

According to Buddha:

An outcast is a person who constantly gets angry, who hates and always see the bad side of the others, who always animadverts, who has a wrong vision and full of cunning gimmicks;

An outcast is a person who harms, kills, and is cruel to all the living beings;

An outcast is a person who lays siege to villages and townships destroying them, and is notorious as a mud slinger at others;

An outcast is a person who robs others, refuses paying his debts saying that he didn’t take them and goes away;

An outcast is a person who kills others and snatches their wealth; who gives false evidence for his or his associates’ benefit, or to get their hands on somebody else’s fortune.

An outcast is a person who commit adultery with the wives of his friends and relatives by force or by mutual agreement;

An outcast is a person who doesn’t look after his parents at their old age even when he is rich and well off;

An outcast is a person who harms, scolds and beats his parents, siblings, aunts and uncles;

An outcast is a person who speaks about bad things when inquire about good things, and, conspires to hide good deeds;

An outcast is a person who commits sins and hides them, and, does vulgar things behind others’ backs;

An outcast is a person who, despite being treated properly and amply with food and drinks in others’ houses, never treats them when they visit him;

An outcast is a person who misleads Brahmins, monks and beggars with lies, and, never gives alms to them, but, scolds them when they come to his place at meal times;

An outcast is a person who is ignorant and prevents others from giving assistance to the needy saying wicked things;

An outcast is a person who boosts up himself with conceit and belittles others with his snobbishness;

An outcast is a person who despises others, who is miserly and evil, who falsely shows that he has good qualities, who is shameless and not afraid to sin;

An outcast is a person who abuses the Buddha and his disciples, monks, priests and laymen;

Buddha said that a person who falsely implies that he has attained Arahathship is the topmost outcast among the rest, the biggest crook in this entire Universe.
